There’s a reason TVF shows don’t leave you the way most content does. You finish an episode and find yourself staring at the ceiling, not because something dramatic happened, but because something true did.
A line landed too clean, a character made a choice you once made and never examined!
TVF doesn’t write characters, it writes mirrors, and somewhere between Panchayat and Kota Factory, it stopped speaking to India and started speaking for it.Â

1. Sapne Vs EveryoneÂ
A five-episode drama about two men chasing success in worlds designed to break them. Prashant is an actor swallowed by Mumbai’s film industry. Jimmy is a real estate salesman in Gurugram, running a dangerous game of politics and revenge.
The show tracks both simultaneously, two parallel lives, two kinds of hunger, and the slow realisation that ambition has a price neither man budgeted for.

2. GullakÂ
A slice-of-life comedy drama set in a middle-class household in small-town India. The Mishra family – an optimistic father, a sharp-tongued mother, and two sons navigating early adulthood- live ordinary lives full of small arguments, petty grudges, and quiet love.
Nothing extraordinary ever happens. That is precisely the point. Gullak captures the texture of Indian family life with a precision that no show before it has matched.

3. TVF Pitchers
A startup drama about four friends who quit their corporate jobs on the same day to build a company from nothing. No funding, no mentor, no safety net – just four very different personalities convinced they are onto something.
The show follows their first bruising year of investor rejections, co-founder conflicts, and the slow strain entrepreneurship puts on everything they value. Every argument, every setback, and every small win feels earned because these four people should not work together and somehow cannot do it without each other.

5. Aspirants
A drama set in Old Rajinder Nagar, Delhi, the nerve centre of India’s UPSC preparation culture. Three close friends, Abhilash, SK, and Guri – study for the civil services exam together over several years, and the show maps what that journey does to people, their friendships, their self-worth, and their sense of who they are beyond the exam.Â
Abhilash clears it and becomes a District Magistrate. SK does not. Guri walks away entirely. Three outcomes, three kinds of loss, and a third season that follows the consequences of all of it.

6. Kota Factory
India’s first black-and-white web series, set inside Kota, the city in Rajasthan, built entirely around coaching students for the IIT JEE entrance exam. Mayur More plays Vaibhav, a teenager who moves cities and enters a world where every waking hour is measured against a single result.
The show is unflinching about what that pressure does to sixteen-year-olds, until Jeetu Bhaiya, played by Jitendra Kumar, enters as the teacher who refuses to treat his students as ranks on a board. The monochrome format was a deliberate creative choice; colour would have softened something that should not be softened.

IMDb Rating: 9/10
7. Hello Bachhon
A biographical drama based on the real life of Alakh Pandey, the physics teacher from Prayagraj who believed quality education should not be a privilege, and built PhysicsWallah to prove it. Viineet Kumar Singh plays Pandey as he takes on Kota’s expensive, exclusionary coaching culture by putting his classes on YouTube for free.Â
Created by the Kota Factory team and directed by Pratish Mehta, the show traces his journey from a struggling teacher to the founder of a billion-dollar edtech platform. It is at its best when it stops being a success story and starts asking what it costs a person to go from outsider to institution.
